Ginger Essential Oil Recipes

I love Ginger in all forms, pickled, oil, raw, grated in foods, diffuser or massage oils. Just the aroma of Ginger brightens my day. Ginger helps fight colds, flu, aching muscles or joints and painful things like rheumatism. Ginger can also help fight viral infections and make viruses more difficult to survive in the body.
