I have found this to be a really nice spice scrub. You need ginger powder, tumeric powder, Yogurt and white rice flour. That is all it takes to make a great scrub that will result in shiny smooth skin. The exact amounts to mix are:
2 Tablespoons of ginger powder
2 Tablespooons of Tumeric powder
1/4 cup yogurt preferrably full fat for moisterizing the skill
2 cups of rice flour
Mix the dry ingredients Use 1/2 cup of the dry ingredients and save the rest in a covered container. Add the 1/2 cup of dry ingredients to the 1/4 cup of yogurt and massage it into dry areas of your skin. Leave it on for ten minutes and then rinse off. Try it for a week and see improvement. Ginger is really good for circulation. The rice powder is a good exfoliant when you massage the dry skin areas.
